Returns

1.1 We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, should you wish to return purchase bought from Tarvier we will be happy to exchange or refund providing you:

  1. Return your purchase within 14 (fourteen) working days from the purchase date.
  2. All items need to be sent back to Tarvier via a recorded postal service and require a signature by a Tarvier member of staff.
  3. It is advised that the purchaser insure the item being returned against loss or damage during transit.
  4. Refunds will be given once the purchased item has been received and inspected by Tarvier.
  5. Purchaser pays return postage.

1.2 Your purchase amount will be fully refunded, an exchange or gift note offered if requested. A refund on the return delivery cost will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods due to the fault being that of Tarvier.

1.3 Your purchase should be returned to Tarvier in the condition that it was received and in its original packaging.

1.4 All purchases should be returned unaltered, undamaged and with all tags attached if included.

1.5 The purchase price of the item will be fully refunded or exchange agreed excluding the delivery costs by Tarvier if shown separately on the original listing.

1.6 If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully reasonable condition as per dispatch, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund on the item or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount, depending on damage incurred when Tarvier received such item back.

1.7 If when the returned item is in such a state of disrepair, we will refuse to refund the total amount.

1.8 A refund on the delivery charge by the purchaser will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods due to the mistake made by Tarvier

1.9 Return postage is the sole reasonability of the purchaser in all circumstances. A refund on postage will be given if the item has been damaged during transit which mush include details set out in section headed Damaged Goods Upon Delivery

Special Order Cancellations

3.1 If your order is a special commission i.e. specially made to order or requested by yourself for us to acquire, example: a piece English antique silver, we will not be able to refund your purchase.

3.2 If the refund request is in relation to delivery not reaching your destination or damaged goods upon delivery then those sections will apply.

Delivery Not Reaching Your Destination

4.1 If you purchase does not reach your destination and is lost by the courier, a full refund will be given.

Damaged Goods Upon Delivery – You Must:

5.1 If upon delivery your parcel looks damaged and subsequently your purchase inside is also damaged, you must log this with the delivery operative and photograph the item as evidence if possible.

  1. Log this with the delivery courier operative.
  2. You must receive a receipt for this complaint from the courier operative.
  3. Please notify Tarvier immediately so that we can look at the issue in question.
  4. Photographic evidence is also required to back up the damage to your delivery if possible.
