Returns Policy & Procedures

Tarvier deals and makes high end value products, we are totally aware of the time involved in the creating and sourcing of such items. We endeavour to create, source and send you exactly what you expect, subsequently we don't let you down when inspecting & packaging you purchase.

1. Returns

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, should you wish to return anything bought from Tarvier we will be happy to exchange or refund, providing you

return your purchase within 14 (fourteen) working days from the purchase date.

Your purchase amount will be fully refunded or exchange agreed. A refund on the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods due to the mistake made by Tarvier or the courier.

Your purchase should be returned to Tarvier in the condition that it was received & in the original packaging.

All purchases should be returned unaltered, undamaged & with all tags attached.

The purchase price of the item will be fully refunded or exchange agreed excluding the delivery costs by Tarvier if applicable.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully reasonable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the items or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

A refund on the delivery charge by the purchaser will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods due to the mistake made by Tarvier

Return postage is the sole reasonability of the purchaser in all circumstances.

All items need to be sent back to Tarvier via a recorded postal service and require a signature by a Tarvier member of staff upon receipt of delivery.

All returns require the purchaser to insure the item being returned against loss or damage during transit. No refund will be given until the purchased item has been received and inspected.

2. Special Order Cancellations

If your order is a special purchase i.e. made specially or requested by yourself for us to acquire or make, we will not be able to refund your purchase.

3. Delivery not reaching your destination

If you purchase does not reach you and is lost by the courier, a full refund will be given.

4. Damaged Goods upon delivery

If it is apparent that the delivery looks damage you can refuse to take delivery.

In the unlikely event that your silver has been damaged during transit, the item is insured & a full refund will be given.

If upon delivery your parcel looks damaged and subsequently your purchase inside is damaged, you must log this with the delivery operative & photograph the item as evidance.

The courier must be aware of the damage and you must receive paperwork confirmation from the courier operative regarding the damaged goods.

Photographic evidence is also required to back up the damage to your delivery.

Tarvier must be notified immediately of this problem.
