Payment Options

Tarvier uses PayPal integrated online secure payment systems which is SSL secure.

You do not require a PayPal Account to purchase

Direct Payment into Bank Account

If you would like to make a direct monetary transfer into our bank account, please contact us via phone, found on our contact page to arrange this transaction.

Cheque

If you would like to pay by cheque please see contact details page and get in touch.

Cheque payments to be made out to C. Andrews.

Dispatch of goods will be made once your payment is cleared in our bank account.

If you are local to our area of business we are happy for you to collect and take cash payments.

If you would like email invoice via your email address, please contact us about this process.

An email containing a PayPal Invoice and link is sent to your email address, you simply click the link & it will take you to PayPal were you simple pay by credit or debit card.

Postage

Postage & shipping

Upon payment clearance all items will be dispatched within one working day.

Items are carefully packed and insured. All items are sent with a reputable courier service on which a tracking number will be forwarded on dispatch, this will enable you to track your delivery.

The same care taken to find or create your silver product is found in our delivery service.

There is no cost charge extra on top of the retail price shown for postage & shipping

Loss or damaged goods

In the unlikely event that your purchase faces damage or loss, Tarvier has insured the product and a full refund will be processed as soon as possible.

If upon delivery your parcel looks damaged and subsequently your enclosed purchase is damaged, you must

log this with the delivery operative

you must receive a receipt for this complaint.

Please notify us immediately so that we can consequently rectify the issue.

Cancellation of order

Tarvier holds at 14 day cancellation policy from the purchase date.

Should you wish to return or exchange your purchase the item must be returned in the same condition as was delivered.

Purchaser pays return postage.

We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once we have received the item back.

If your order is a special commission manufactured to your own specification, then we will be unable to refund.
