Payment Options & information

Secured Payments Online

1.1 Tarvier uses PayPal integrated online secure payment systems which is SSL Secure.

1.2 When you are taken to the PayPal payment screen you can make your payment using all major debit or credit cards. This system also enables you to use your own personal PayPal account to make your payment transaction.

1.3 Debit cards (also known as bank cards) are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

1.4 On completion of your PayPal transaction an email receipt will be sent from PayPal systems to your personal registered email account.

1.5 We will also confirm via your payment registered email that your payment has been successful and your order is being processed. This will be acted upon with an hour of your order during our opening hours.

Direct Payment into Our Bank Account

2.1 If you would like to make a direct monetary transfer into our bank account for goods or services, please contact us via phone or email. Contact details can found on our contact page to arrange this transaction.

Cheque Payment

3.1 If you would like to pay by cheque please contact us about the item you are wanting to purchase so we can organise this transaction.

3.2 Goods will only be dispatched once your cheque payment has been processed and cleared funds are shown in our bank account.

Cash & Collect Service

4.1 If you are local to our area of business, we are happy for you to visit and make a cash payment.

4.2 Please contact us to make an appointment regarding a cash payment and; collection of goods. We will forward an invoice prior to arrival or when you visit.

Email Invoicing

5.1 This is a simple process of sending you a invoice via your email address. A simple process of clicking on the link within the email which takes you to a PayPal invoice. This secure system enables you to pay with a credit card, debit card, PayPal, or PayPal Credit.

Postage Information

6.1 Upon payment clearance all items will be dispatched within one working day.

  1. Order Cut–Off Time 1.00 p.m

6.2 Some items have a longer delivery date which will be shown on the listing. If not mentioned all other purchases will be dispatched within one working day of cleared funds within our payment systems.

6.3 Items are carefully packed. We use shipment insurance which is supplied via our elected courier. All items are sent via a reputable courier service on which a tracking number will be forwarded to you upon dispatch. This will enable you and ourselves to track your delivery with proof of delivery requiring a signature.

6.4 The same care taken to find or create your product is taken in the packaging, making sure you receive your order without any problems.

6.5 Packing and postage charges are included within the retail price of your purchase. Occasionally chargers for posting are extra. If this is the case the listing will show as an extra charge.

Loss or Damage of Goods During Transit

7.1 In the unlikely event that your purchase has been damage or lost during transit, a full refund will be processed as soon as your purchase has been returned to Tarvier, for inspection relating to the fault or damage.

7.2 If upon delivery your parcel looks damaged and subsequently your enclosed purchase is damaged you must:

  1. Log this with the delivery courier operative.
  2. You must receive a receipt for this complaint from the courier operative.
  3. Please notify Tarvier immediately so that we can look at the issue in question.
  4. Photographic evidence is also required to back up the damage to your delivery if possable
